Thermoplastic polyurethane · HDT 60 °C
TPU 3D printing
Elastic and abrasion resistant. Use it when the part must bend, damp or seal.

What TPU is used for
Gaskets, grips, bellows, anti-vibration feet, soft inserts.
What to watch out for
It is not a rigid structural material. Walls that are too thin will tear.
Serial batch: a lead time agreed on the part

FAQ
TPU: common questions
01When should you use TPU in 3D printing?
Elastic and abrasion resistant. Use it when the part must bend, damp or seal. Typical uses: gaskets, grips, bellows, anti-vibration feet, soft inserts.
02What are the limits of TPU?
It is not a rigid structural material. Walls that are too thin will tear.
03What temperature can 3D printed TPU take?
The indicative heat deflection temperature (HDT) is 60 °C. It is a reference value for the filament: real behavior depends on geometry, load and print settings.
04Can you produce serial batches in TPU?
Yes. The batch runs with the same file and the same parameters, with a lead time agreed on the part plus shipping. From 10 parts we apply −20%, from 30 parts −40%, and from 100 parts a custom price.
Got a part to print in TPU?
Upload the file to the quote tool or ask for a batch: if the material is not the right one, we tell you before printing.
